Insurance & Payment
At Advantage, we accept Medicare and most major insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company or you may call our office at (844) 275-2205 to find out if we accept your plan. For co-insurance, deductibles, and private pay, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.
Referrals
If you are seeking home health services for yourself or a loved one, you will need a referral from a physician or medical provider (primary care doctor, specialist or surgeon, nurse practitioner, etc.) for insurance to pay for your treatment. Advantage accepts initial referrals by phone, fax, or email from your provider. We will then verify your coverage and handle all insurance paperwork.
