My Advantage Story…
My name is LaVonne and not only am I a proud employee of Advantage Home Health Services, but this year I was also a patient! I was recovering from foot surgery that took place on October 7th, 2020. I also had knee issues that have been occurring for nearly a year. I had a left knee arthroscopy for a medial meniscus tear, meniscectomy, and chondroplasty on March 17th, 2021. I chose Advantage Home Health as my home health provider; if you can’t trust your own company, who can you trust!? Tracy Brubaker was my therapist and she called me the day before my surgery to secure a time to open my case for services. She was at my house 24 hours after my surgery, just as promised! She was prompt, professional, and very pleasant to work with! She set my schedule for PT services and explained in great detail exactly what I could expect. It was such a wonderful experience getting to use the company that I work for to help me recover from my own surgery and I really enjoyed getting to see the great care we take of our patients from being one myself!
